Author’s supervision

In order for the finished object to match the project, construction work must be controlled. For this there is a service “Author’s supervision”.

Author’s supervision – control over the compliance of construction works with the approved design solutions. Designer supervision is carried out by the author of the project throughout the entire construction period. The author of the project identifies errors and inconsistencies, gives recommendations for their elimination, and, if necessary, makes adjustments to the design documentation.

The purpose of the field supervision is to ensure the fullest possible compliance of the finished object with the agreed project.

What is included in the “Author’s supervision” service:

– Regular site visits: scheduled inspections of the construction site to check the results of construction work.

– Consulting: providing consulting services on emerging issues at all stages of construction.

– Correction of project documentation: involves the release of clarifying documentation, if there is a corresponding need in the construction process.

– Photo report: maintaining and providing a photo report on the current inspection of the site (at the request of the customer).
