The architectural bureau LELETA had an interesting task – to design an estate on the slopes of the Dnieper River.

A picturesque place for a home is a very important part of the image, but not all.

To emphasize the beauty of the views and create a complete and harmonious image of the entire complex, it is necessary to correctly link the natural landscape with the entire structure of the site development and the interior interior.

In the project, the estate on the slopes of the Dnieper River, the architect Leleta Valentin strove to create harmony of all components.

The customer wanted the living quarters of the house in the general development complex to be separated from the utility part: boiler room, garages, workshop, pool, sauna. But that would have the opportunity without going outside, to get into all the premises.

As a result, two volumes were visually formed: a residential building and a utility block, united by an underground corridor.

The main staircase is located between the two volumes. It emphasizes the relief of the site and the stylistic solution of the whole complex – the classics.

In the adjoining territory, besides garages and workshops, there are vineyards and a wine cellar.

The architect and the customer tried to foresee and discuss every detail of the life of the entire complex.

The result of this work was this wonderful project.
